    On-site to review the following items:

    • Monthly Documentation to maintain all laboratory books

    • Meeting with Lab Director to review books

    • Discuss any laboratory issues or complaints that need to be resolved

  • QC Review

    1 day/month remote login review, available as part of monthly support or as an individual support

  • All On-call Services

    Any remote help that lab staff needs

  • Help Communicate

    With COLA and CAP regarding compliance of lab

  • Inspection On-Support:

    On-Site for Inspection, Help with Pre-Survey and Post-Survey Responses

  • Travel Expenses
